Marvin’s Orange Envelope

This is a Chrome extension to display and access your reddit inbox.

Mainly tested with the Windows Dev channel and Chromium, but it should work properly in the Beta (and Dev) versions of Chrome for Windows and Linux, and in the Dev channel for OS X.

To install it go to the Chrome extensions page.

Note: This extension will not take self-repplies as new messages, despite the website orange envelope turning orange, repplies to your own posts are always treated by the reddit API as ‘read’. In other words: to test this extension you will need somebody else to send you a message or repply to one of your comments.
